Just in casual observation one thing it could stand is a little wider exhaust port .It's the exact bore and stroke of a Husqvarna 2100 but doesn't in my opinion have enough port size for it's displacement  .

Then again thinking about it, if it was governed for the 8,500 as stated the porting would support that speed .I have no doubt it could easily crank out over 11,000 with very little work .

As it stands now for what I want it to do it has plenty enough power without doing anything .I did however pull the spark arrester which is an interesting way to do an arrester  .This leaves a baffled muffler with the baffle only on one side and now two aprox. 5/8" ports on both the baffled and unbaffled sides .
