That's a Frontier/Quadra/EMAB built saw.  Sold under the Skil, Husqvarna, and many other brand names.  There were many variants of them.  Some with AV.  Some with manual oilers.  Some with a weird ventilated clutch cover/exhaust duct setup (with a 'fan' setup on the clutch like what you'd see on a flywheel).  I don't like any of them.  Have had about 10 pass through my shop and have not kept any of 'em.  Gimme a Poulan Micro series saw over them any day of the week (and twice on Sunday)...

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I have a Husky 35, possibly one of the last built because it has a chain brake, and is one of the easiest mini saws I have ever seen to work on. Remove the air filter, a bar nut, 3 screws and everything is exposed. Years ago a local r/c guy was buying them, it was the only engine in that class that was reliable enough for his application.

There has been a commercially available R/C version of the little Quadra engine available since about 1980 or so.  That was one of the first OPE based large scale engines on the market.  As the large scale market has grown, the list of gas engine mfgs has grown with it.  OPE based and purpose built large scale and giant scale engines abound.  There's also many folks out there (and here on this board) that covert various OPE engines for RC use.

Fixed the minor issue by changing four letters.

Was watching a show from abroad and funny how words in different places mean different things. I really liked their meaning of root in the show.

Hey girl you want to go root. ;) Sounds so much better then our F bomb.
