A diesel fuel douche usually works .Fact I've done it on engines with a little bit of oil in the mix .Just rolled it over with the starter with the plugs out, not started  .Just drained the whole mess in a bucket and used it for setting brush fires  .New oil and the pressure comes up a tad bit .Fact I'll probably do that on my old 1950 Buick I haven't had started since maybe 1976-77.The good thing in all that time it's always been under cover so it might not be be stuck .
