5000+ my first Partner then another 5000+ and a minty 400.  Rounds out all my Partners.  Both 5000's are real nice not mint but real nice.  Cut talked me into the 5K when he was into them.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/160441608650

Now to find the pulley and spring to go with the cover.

If it were my saw, I'd be searching but it's not.

Recently picked a Skil saw which was supposed to be seized for $35.00.  It turns out that a bolt had come loose behind the flywheel and stopped it from turning.  P&C pristine good 20" bar and a reasonable chain. Has a chain brake and AV so turned out to be an F65 (65cc) not the 55 I thought it might be.  Win Win, I'm a happy man!  Carb needs seeing to  then should be mustard!

I waiting on a Skil 1632 which I believe is an s55.  Black and yellow. Won't have it for a few weeks but looking forward to getting it.
Well I pick it up and this is what I found. Sold as seized.  I discovered that a bolt had come loose behind the flywheel and stopped the fw from turning. P&C lovely condition, 20" bar not a bad chain, chain brake and full AV.  The AV and the three shoe clutch make this saw a 65cc saw not the 55 that I thought from Acres site.

So for an investment of $35 I'm a happy man.

Opps that a bit repetitive!!

Have a "60's"  R16  that I'M fully impressed with in performance after some small mods and it's smooth operation.

My first partner 465 saw is from 1990 and I got it 10 years later after swimming in the river :-D it worked until the end more than a decade after drying ;-)
