No what I'm saying is sometimes a standard metric bearing will fit on the flywheel side .However often is the case that the clutch side takes a specially  cut bearing .That bearing as to it's manufacture from any bearing manufactures such as FAG,SKF ,Fafnir etc is controlled by Stihl by patent rights .

Ths is not to say that somebody else might have copied it .I do know this if you take that bearing number to any bearing warehouse such as Dixie Bearing ,Kaman Bearing etc it cannot be ordered and sold directly to you .You must go through a dealer.

Just as a tid bit of information this type of controll of repair parts is not Stihls great idea ,Having worked around German made machine tools it seems to be standard a  operating practice on a majority of stuff originating from Germany .
