A very useful post.
Just done a pair of bearings on a 256SG
They are standard off the shelf bearings as are the crank seals.
The little end needle bearing is OEM although you can get cheap ones
I paid £10 for a pair of high spec Japanese bearings from my local
bearing supplier. I could only get them with seals but these are easily removed
As i live in the UK i use a company called Simply Bearings who are very well priced.
