« on: February 07, 2014, 06:03:21 pm »
I got a hold of a tech tach 20k if I want to use it hands free how do you hook up the wires? Just hook the red lead to the spark plug wire?

You don't have to hook up anything to use it hands free. Just get it close to the running saw. I use the same tach. If yo do not get consistent readings then you wrap the wire around the plug wire several times.
