Joe, those are pretty cool! I notice that the 12mm version in only available in a 1mm wire size. Can't remember the Husqvarna or Stihl circlip wire diameter but I think it is less than 1mm. So if that be true that would negate their use in a chainsaw.

Those are nice. I'd buy them if I didn't have to buy 250 at a time for the sizes we use most often.

Me too however they ONLY appear to work in pistons set up for an earless c-clip, so that makes them cost even more because of the narrow application scope.
