Soaking 2 Cycle Carbs
« on: December 18, 2012, 08:01:32 am »
Has anybody ever soaked the Walbro, Zama, and Tilliotson carbs in the Berryman chemical dip one gallon bucket that has the basket with it? Does it do any damage to the carbs? I use it on the 4 cycle carbs that are mowers etc.

I havent used bucket dips, but I do remember dad having a 5 gal bucket for carbs when I was growing up. Seemed like some strong stuff back in that day.

Most guys seem to be using the cheaper ultrasonic cleaners now and the ones heat are getting the better results from reading.

Like the ones at HF or ebay.

I never heard of the ultrasonic cleaners unless your referring to a parts washer. Who sells them?
