Thats what I noticed with that solid deal in 1st post. It looks longer then the chainsaw plug holes.

There are 3 different lengths of inserts there.

Good to know. Have you ever used that kit or do you just weld yours up?

I've used the save-a-thread version before. I only weld them when I really need to.
