Been playing while I was home alone today. Still need to get the spark plug hole in it.

Gas for this one. I've got a good start on a 181/281 that will be play only. I have 3 head blanks to practice on.

How will you bolt down the head,I've experimented with different ideas,I prefer to use long grade 8 studs and a copper gasket,no failures or leakage so far. I first tried .012" gasket thickness but they would leak slightly,I went to .020" thick copper which I annealed first and these seal perfect.

Still on the shelf. I might get back to it this winter. Have to finish the saws now. Sold all the running 365/2165. Have one of each left to put together and one will get a 65cc with a head if it works out.
