Ok, now that I have had a chance to salvage all the parts, which wasn't much, don't think I want to send him a new 440. The porting doesn't look good at all and the transfers or piston windows were not even touched. I have no idea how that saw ran so good. Back to square one, lol.



Would you mind sharing pictures of the cylinder?
I gave up on modifying pistons because it seems to cause more trouble than gain.  So in my opinion there are better indicators of strong performance enhancers.
