2150 bar bolt repair?

I have a 2150 that the bar bolts have pulled through...just wondering if anyone has repaired this flaw or not,  I JB Welded it once, but only lasted a couple years.  Thanks.

Never have repaired one like that.  But  If you think you can do the swap.  I have a case here if you want to put your motor and stuff over in it.

Any  pics of your damage? I have seen where guys tighten them down so tight they pull them right through the case.

New chassis is about $42.  :o
I have a few of these 2150 and have taken the best parts to make 2  good ones 1-36cc & 1-42cc.
As good as any others I have for cutting fire wood.

i have no idea whay people see the need to twist the bar nuts so freaking tight like they do.

...Agreed, but in my defense, this particular model came out with the bar bolts mounted in a plastic housing.  It was strictly my fault, but since then they have made the conversion to metal inserts where the bolt-heads go.  Just wondering if there is any sort of fix, short of a machine shop?  Thanks!
