Put a poulan 3500 60cc together and set up as requested.
Always loved these little saws as they are size weight close to a 50cc but 60cc.
Dual port muffler I started doing on these instad of both on the sides. 1 in front middle and 1 oem side exit. Baffle drilled open and spark screen removed. 325 7T with 18" set up.
Wish I would have caught that the chain (came on a trade in) was sharpened to 15 degrees before putting it on. I hit the wood and was like wth! LOL. Came back in and hand filed it to 30 degrees and took the rakers down some.
I should have just pulled the freaking chain and took all of them to 30 the easy way on the grinder. Hindsite

The bar mount shots were showing taking the K095 bar and making it work on K041 saws. A few minutes on each side and good to go.

Can set back up with 3/8 20"   Can put a stock muffler back on it too.

Above 3500 is sold  now with 20" 3/8 set up and modded muffler.  Glad I was able to help.

I will just have to build that other guy one when he has the $. Since he wasnt allowed to trade me the gun.

Used the Poulan 3500 Monday and Tuesday and dropped 3 tall white pines that were skinny with just a little tuft of straw at the very top. They were between 55' and 65' high. Cut them into firewood lengths and stacked them on skids for a bun fire some evening. The saw ran like a champ. Did some other work with the 3500 too. Cut up two big box elders and stacked that wood out of the way. Burned the tops.

Poulan 3500 60cc picked up today up north while helping son move. Still has 20" banana nose bar and poulan sticker bar cover. Front exit muffler cover. Came with 2 bars and 8 chains. 1 chain marking I never seen before. Need to get pics. But had 880 on it.
Could tell low psi so pulled muffler and slight scoring had started. Appears to be from crracked impulse line. Which is common on these series of saws.

Talk about luck for me. Guy never showed yesterday for the 380 topend.

Guess I will throw that piston in either a 365 or 3500.

The type with line if they crack can cause lean condtion and score your saw.

I had a new build I loaned a guy while I worked on his saw. The new impulse line slipped off. He ran it on half choke to finish cuts and scored it up again.

Also some impulse run through the intake block. If either style get a blockage it also can cause lean condition.

Hope that was what you asking for info.
