saw came from a recycling yard. compared new rings against old ones. the new ones are 0.065" (1.65mm) thick; the old ones are 0.060" (1.52mm). these are cut down SXL rings. are the new rings too thick? they fit in the piston with no wiggle. seems like I read somewhere they're sposed to be 1.5mm. wondering if my supplier didn't actually send me rings for a SXL; anyone know how thick SXL rings are?
