Yep,  US Chrome will do  blind cylinders and  Millennium wont do blinds though.   http://www.mt-llc.com/   Just not cost effective IMHO on a work saw but maybe for a collector and the racers.  ;)

Agreed on the price. If your really attached to a saw I guess the price isn't bad. I mean I'd pay 200$ for a good working 505, so when I'm done with mine, if somehow the cylinder gets the shaft, I might pay it. I'd definitely look for a donor first though.

leeha had a 166 cyl done by US C and said it turned out nice back then.

I don't know of any saws, but I do know of a few dirt bikes they have done for a bud of mine, he says they are top notch. I didn't even think of it till he suggested I ask them.
