Shes a runner. 20" just for testing purpose and what they come with. I like 16" on the 3ci size saws myself.

Just finished test cutting and tuning. Reminds me of the #1 I like even with first cuts on new piston kit.

Will look into #2 and see why  she dont match up to #1 #3. Just not as spunky maybe I missed the tune on #2 or carb kit cant remember what all I done to that one.

Looks good.  I did one up for my neighbor across the street. Got it on ebay, repaired what was wrong, mild port work to  get the rpm's up some, muff modded, and set up with a 18" NK bar and chain.  Nice saws.

Needed a muffler heat shield for #2 and a inner baffle for #3.  Heat shield was close to $11 before shipping  :o. Inner baffle was NLA.  So I just bought a used muffler set to get my parts. Just so I can make them 100% right.

2 were bought for parts saws for my runner. But I just finished up the other 2 now as all the muffler parts were found that I wanted to make them right.
My 3 3 cube size saws I love to cut with 16" under. Poulan 335 predator saws without the chain brake.

So what did you see for differences going from small carb small intake to big carb to big intake then to porting.

The large carb/boot  for sure helped the torque in the cut ...it seemed a bit boggy...on spool up ...after 2 trips to the porting bench it's where I think it should be ...1st time I only cut base and squish , worked intake and exhaust. ...no upper transfer work ..it was just ok nothing super special. ...2nd trip in was all upper transfer work ...that gave it the wow ...factor I was looking for

Also note...the 2800 case had to be clearanced for the 3300 piston to clear at BDC
