Can you pin point where the leak is.   For example is it coming from around the metal plate that holds the diaphragm. 

 I myself own close to 10 saws that use that type of oiler but I usually drain the oil when I am done using them because of leaks.   

   Also you can try and set the saw on a piece of cardboard and then check it in about an hour to help in finding where the leak is coming from.   

If it is coming from the oiler hole itself where the bar is then try opening the oil cap to release pressure from the oil tank and see if it stops leaking.
