I have the 3314 Woodshark and a 4018WT strato saws and both have the same 42cc family EPA sticker on them.  Both came with the same exact owner's manual.  Interestingly, the manual covers 33cc to 40cc chainsaw models on the cover.  Does not include any text regarding 42cc in the descriptions.  Ereplacement Parts lists the same jug and crankshaft assembly part numbers.  I run one, then run the other and I can't tell any difference in power or revs.  I have the splined tool so I was able to fix the L mixture lean setting these come from the factory with.  Also these saw idle speed comes in way too low so that has to be increased substantially to keep these units from stalling and dying out.  These units power through the cuts much better than their advertised cc suggests.  I think of them as great firewood saws when properly tuned.  I put bucking spike kits on mine because they do have the power to use the spikes in a bucking cut.
