PP 380 Super Chain Brake
« on: April 12, 2013, 08:16:09 am »
Picked up a PP 380 Super.  Chain brake was complete minus the handle.  Looked like a Husky handle should fit.  Bingo Husky 55 brake handle is a direct fit.  Used the 55 pivot sleeves and screw to attach.  Need a clutch spring the one that goes around the shoes.  Did not see it available as a separate part.  Anybody got one or know what other spring will fit/work?

I noticed that handle on my 3750 and 262xp.  I dont think you can buy  just the band. Maybe someone will part one out.

Check with that poulan new and used parts dealer here. He is in the for sale online sub fourm area. username oldpart   http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/index.php?action=profile;u=967
