3750 shouldnt have 2 line coming from the tank.  The older poulans did like 3300 etc before switching to the tank vent on upper left side on 3750 etc.
Someone might have added a tank vent there and plugged off the side one?  Some folks do that.

3750 didn't have primer bulbs either. That was a later plastic poulans thing.

Thanks for continuing to help on this. Here is a forum of my exact saw on this forum (60cc 24" Craftsman). I thought it was a 3750 Poulan equivalent but maybe its a red headed step child 3500??
