I still got a 18" bar like that Gregg that I took off my 4000.  Cant read any print though.
Sold 4000 PHO with the S clip

Yup, Thats the one.  :)  I use quite a few of them bars on my heavily used saws. None of them have any printing left on them, so I can't tell if they were Poulan branded, or just Windsor Speed Tip bars. Either way, they are the same.  LOL 









Here is a shot of a newer Windsor bar, not Poulan branded, with a Oregon PM bar.
