Here is an example of a original NOS 18" Poulan bar. Notice the s-clip that came with them. So they could be mounted on the 5/16" Poulan bar studs.

The Oregon bar tail style is D176        The Oregon bar style on the ones you guys posted earlier are D096 & D007
They would be fine, if I was lookin for one for a 8500 Poulan, but thats a newer model saw than the 5200 I have pictured. I wanted to get as close to original when I did the restore on that saw. Not that it makes much difference. LOL Its for my own enjoyment anyway. Not going to a museum.
