I dont see anything wrong with the crankcase or oil + fuel tanks.  Found a 10x10x6 box it will fit and is pretty dang light. Shipping shouldnt be bad.

Now looking at the 2 fuel lines into the tank. 1 is smaller hole with smaller line and 1 is bigger hole with bigger line. Is this what you are seeing on yours?

Mine is drilled out alittle bigger then 3/16 x 3/32 fuel line for some reason..How much would you want to install new tygon fuel line 4-5 inches longer then whats on there now. That way I know I have the right sizes. The reason I would like it 4-5 inches longer to give me alittle leeway. I will take it. Just let me know the total of the bill. My zip is 51458.

Thank you
Jason

I would like you too slit and install line both lines. and add 4-6 inches extra out on both lines on the top side of the tank that way it gives alot of leeway. I will install fuel filter. If would please check to make sure they seal so they don't leak out like mine I would like that a lot.

Thank you

I see why they drilled the the smaller hole now.  I just installed the bigger line in the front right. But the smaller hole is a pita.  My small line is to small and my next bigger line is way to big to work.
So I need to order the small fuel line that will work.

If were me and keeping a saw like this I would match the smaller hole to the bigger hole and run the same fuel line in both. JMO.

I will wait your go ahead to order the right small fuel line to keep everything oem if desired.

I have both of those I believe and is what I tried. The big is the 3/16 3/32 if I remember right. The .80 .140  to small. If that is what my small line is.

Here is a thread on what I measured and what I think it could be.  http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/poulan/small-poulan-fuel-line/

I tried that size too at first. It still leaked some on the primer hole.Plus I just put a new carb on it the old one was junk. And the line I have now fit on there nicely(carb and primer).
