I tried that size too at first. It still leaked some on the primer hole.Plus I just put a new carb on it the old one was junk.And the line I have now fit on there nicely(carb and primer).

Which size line and which one you calling the primer hole?

When I installed the line  in the primer hole it was tighter then a skeeter's butt in a nose dive.  ;D

It's the closest one to the block in the bottom. I tried every size I can think of that fit tight on the carb.I Just want to back to oem size. I could rig his neck for drilling out both holes in the tank.  The primer hole leaks the wrost of both.just runs out when fueling or on it side. the fuel side on the carb it dips fast. So cut4fun_ that used tank I am going for it. Need it going with in the next 2 weeks. I just gave up on playing with fuel lines ..lol..

PM sent and will get it ready to mail to you by Sat. Is this OK with you.

You will only need to clean and install the small fuel line for fuel filter etc.

.080" x .140" always works for me on these and most similar poulans.

We have a winner.  I thought self why not go to the blasted IPL and look up the small fuel line. Then search the part number to see the correct OEM size.

530069247    =    .140" (3.56mm) OD X .080" (2.03mm) POULAN OEM 530069247 FUEL LINE

I must be out of that one because I know I used it in the past.
