Tygon tubing comes in all kinds of different sizes.   I would just get some larger tygon and then if you need to reduce it get some small brass tubing from a hobby shop.   In fact you can buy brass tubing where one piece will slide into the other and just solder the joint and you have a reducer to any size you want.   Not a lot of expense and the tygon tubing will seal the hole like it is suppose to.

Have you ever replaced fuel line on a saw before?     I only ask because there are a few tricks that make it easy if you have not.
