We'll is that a good thing or bad.

I was out bucking and splitting today.   I was using my 3700.    That saw just makes me smile.

Any saw is a good thing I guess, especially when they come to you on the cheap hand delivered  (traded my labor sharpening some chains).

I'm just going to set it on the shelf on the way way back list of saws to do.

After doing wheel tire swaps and oil changes today. I was able to look the 2150 over.  Has the throttle lock on top of rear handle like I like  on these.
Couldnt have been used much and just what I thought IMO. Fuel filter with broken line attached rattling around in tank.  Then found the little black connector in tank too.  Guess need to see whats missing there.
All 4 recoil bolts missing, but he told me he had took those for something. Fills like good psi pulling over.

Weird thing I thought it had a chain brake clutch cover like on the 1950 and 2375 WT. Turns out it was a fake handle and just a hand guard that looks like a brake handle. Attached or molded into handle somehow. Didnt look real close at that.

Poulan 2150.  Just ran all  new lines 3 and left stock sizes for whoever ends up  with it down the road.

I used that tygon 1100 again and that line gets really stiff just setting on the shelf.  Really like working with the tygon 4040 better.  1100 for the bigger lines and 4040 for the small one.

Tried to get some good pics of the fuel line routing. Will upload in a bit.

Also after getting it altogether the primer bulb pushed right through. So I just pulled and plocked off ends to start etc.  Then since I didnt have a spare primer bulb  in screw on style, I pulled one from the old ryobi tiller that was clip in style and used it for now.

This was the fuel line routing on this poulan 2150.  Marked them A B C and at both end areas to show routing.

The 2375 on the bench the C line was on the left side of carb.

Top right red A didnt show up to well.  :(

Nice illustration Kevin.

Thanks just trying to make things easier for future folks.

I get confused just looking and trying to remember myself when removed.  Can only imagine the guys doing it the 1st time.

Aint that the way it is  :D. Everything checks out, oiler and all. Out making some test cuts and notice chain is dry. Go back in pull bar and chain and start up. Nope no oil output.  :P

Pull everything from inside tank out to oiler. Oil pump gear looks good etc. Cleaned up blew out hoses, put back together and all good again.   ::)

Noticed the sticker on this 2150 is dated 1995 and the 2375 has a sticker of 2003.  That must explain some different fasteners used on the 2150  ( like straight slot for top cover fasteners )and some others I noticed or someone has changed them over the years.
