What is the drive link of the chain?  What is the bar length and dl count listed on bar? 

I'm still betting overly stretched chain or wrong chain.

Looks like 18" on bar. Should be 62dl chain. Now count your dl's on your chain.  If thats different there you go.

 If not the chain is stretched or do what 3000 said. Use silver marker to outline bar mount to crankcase to see if movement or not.
