What is the drive link of the chain?  What is the bar length and dl count listed on bar?

I'm still betting overly stretched chain or wrong chain.

18in bar and here's the numbers on the bar530044693 RZ, 18, 91. My chain is 62 drive links. I just noticed the bar is slightly bent/warped about a 1/8 in.

I dont know. This was a freebie saw. I been having issues with a loose ever since I got it.

The slight bend in the bar will not cause it to loosen up.  If that is the original sprocket and it looks like it could be I would replace it.   I cannot tell from the video how bad or how it is worn but it does show signs of wear so I would replace it.

Just thought of something to try too. This will tell info on the spur sprocket.
Tighten chain up like normal. Then use your hand and move chain forward around and around. It should be smooth with NO BINDING. If it is catching or binding up the spur sprocket is worn.

I am very curious now so post what you find out when you try the new chain.  Is that a 3/8 low pro chain.
