Poulan 2700 I took in trade is all done.  Made up a new loop of oregon 33LG for it's 16"  bar.

Thanks for digging up info Aaron. I was in hurry to get out there after they canceled all day tournament for my son, due to rain and hail.  ;D

I got the double barb. Just was needing duck bill.   I even forgot to put screw in the other end when filling up. Guess what happens.   ;D :D :D :D :D :D

That Tygon  LP 1100 is different for sure pulling through etc.

I ended up going with the echo aftermarket 3mm x 5mm on the poulan 2700 for impulse line.

I put the Tygon 4040 on the 3.0 grey 3000 for impulse line like I have many times in the past. 3/16 OD X 3/32 ID
I also have used it on my 475 and WT 505 without any problems.

Poulan oem impulse line 530069976 is also 3/16 OD X 3/32 ID from the ones I pulled off too.

Saw came out very nice! Have you run it yet?

I ran it with a new loop of 33LG untouched.  Reminds me of my other 45cc 46cc saws.

I sold the OE 346 but still have the echo 4500 still. I was going to run same chain on both to see, 4500 ran just like the OE 346.
I still have a 3.0 49cc too.

Best total price I found for poulan duck bill 530026119  http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-OEM-Poulan-Chainsaw-Duckbill-Check-Valve-530026119-/121136284453?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c34490325

I had found cheaper for actual cost of part itself, but then shipping would be 4-5 times more for the online dealers (which would be  ok if I had a bigger order to ad them to).  So I bought some from above.  Shipping was $1 plus .50 cent per each extra.

I like that series of Poulan saws. Perform very well IMO, easy to work on and I only gave $100 for the last one I bought.

I would take them all in that series over a stihl 026 260 series to use and work on any day.

Saving this here too. Besides the fuel line thread.

I also just found a poulan 2700 that did this. Looking back at the thread I am thinking I might have used tygon 1100 but not real sure if I ended up replacing that afterwords. What ever I had in it the lining separated on the tank vent and fuel line.
Had white letters and said mfg in saint gobain I think I could make out.

Took pics. Will load later of 2700 line.  Replaced today with the blue stens for fuel and afm echo vent line.

Can someone check their tygon 1100 line and see if they have this on them too.

Also pic of the redone lines is before I tucked the vent line away.

I have a Canadian 2700 which is pretty much the same as a 4620.  I got the body to transfer most of the parts from a 4620 which someone had let the muffler come loose and burn a hole in the oil tank.  A project that I haven't gotten round to yet.
