From those on your list I would want the 5020 if it were me.

I have not ran a poulan pro 5020. But have had friends and guys from work say it is a good saw for the money.  Here they run $179 - $219 USD.   I trust the info that those guys have given me on the 5020.

I surprised the 295 is more than the 5020.
The 295 46cc
The 5020 50cc
The Homelite 42cc

For me I would go with the 5020.
I own a couple of 295's and they are good saws but that extra 4 cc's would be good to have if it is the only saw that you have.
I too have read and heard that the 5020 are good saws for the money.

Haven't been able to get my hands on the 5020 yet but my 295 was a FINE little saw!!!
I sold it to a friend at work and he is in LOVE with it!
Lighter and faster than his old Homelite SXLAO.
Not quite as much power in the big stuff, but he doesn't usually cut anything over 16 inches.

Mike your 295 did run well.

The 5020 I saw at Lowe's looked like a decent saw for the money. I will say it's not the bang for the buck the 330 was, now that saw was a steal.
