Looks just like the predator I just rebuilt with a 3450 piston in it.    The saw runs strong.   I did drop the cylinder on it and no base gasket to bump up the compression to 200psi.   The squish was about .023 to .024".

If you have this info handy, if not I will know some day.

What was stock squish with gasket?

Squish without gasket?

Then how much did you remove from cylinder base to get your final squish (without or with gasket being used)?

I never checked the stock squish.
I believe the squish without base gasket was around .032 to .035.
I removed around .010 from the base.

I'll measure the base gasket I have on hand for it and I'll know then. Thanks.

I didn't measure the 'squish with gasket' on my PP330.  After removing the base gasket, I got a squish of .028".

For older saws:
Tune the H side so that it 4-strokes (burbles) at WOT unloaded and just cleans up when under load.
When you lift cutting load, the saw should immediately revert to 4-stroking.  Fine tune the transition point for the wood you're cutting.
