Does any one have a pictures or tips to share I'm planning on removing base gasket and sealing with three bond 1184

Check your squish just to be safe, even though it should be fine without the gasket on these.  I use ThreeBond 1194 when not using gaskets.

I take it you just reused your cylinder and didnt want this one I had for shipping?

Mine looked about the same condition of yours but we will see how it runs

I took the width of a sharpie line off the base of mine with sandpaper glued to the top of my desk. (Yes I know I'm a redneck...so what?)
Did away with the base gasket, widened the exhaust and squared it off a bit, opened the phenolic resin intake manifold for a bit better flow, opened the muffler a tad and the ol' "Ugly Bastard" runs pretty well!

Well mine wont be running again i dont know how to get the piston off and now i know why the ring spun the pin is not out on the top.

I have gotten a better piston how do you remove these ones.

Brokenbudget had a picture of a cylinder that he did on a 3400.   Here is what he did.
