Chainsaw Repair

I got the problematic PP S-380 back together.  Replaced the crank seals and repaired the busted case section under the tensioner assembly with JB Weld.  Seems to be holding.  Damn metal carb plate didn't want to seat right against the new intake boot.  Finally got it together right. 

Runs fine, but wants to be at around 2 turns out on the H side and 1.25 or so out on the low side.  To me that's a bit far out on the H side.  It does run too rich if I open the H side further, and the idle speed does adjust normally.  Four strokes when cutting load is lifted at WOT.   Will run it a bit more before giving it back to the owner for piece of mind...
