Hey Guys!

This is Chris Thieroff and I'm the guy developing these cylinders.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Just to be clear, we are developing our own piston for these and are only using the LRB for testing purposes because our piston is still in development

Looking good Chris from what I have seen so far.  I probably have 10 or 12 of the countervibe saws.
PP 505, 475, 445.

Todd on test unit. = Speaking of the 4000 I took a 3400 apart and put the 4000 cylinder kit on it and have been running it on the dino. The saw is running good and the kit was easy to install, all the bolts and gaskets came with it. The saw is running rich now and will stay that way for the first tank of fuel. This is going to be so neat when they are 4 sale. Everyone is going to want one.

Todd = Ran the 4000 again today and put a tank of fuel thru it. I pulled the muffler cover and it looks like it was brand new. Was happy with the little red barn piston. I'm using truefuel in the green can. I let Chris in on the progress and he was excited also. On the dino I was pumping 100 psi at 8000 rpm and that is good. It is getting stronger as more time goes on

Chris = Yep, definitely excited to hear more about the results.
Also glad to hear that everything is holding up well. Those LRB pistons are OK, but I have a feeling "The Duke's" one we're having produced will be a little more refined.
 I'm dying for a video

Todd = Yes I slowed the pump down and added a tachometer and a few others. On the video the saw is 8000 rpm and 100 psi, it will pump 150 psi and stay at 8000. Strong saw

What piston are you using? Still have a question on the wristpin bearings for Duke's piston.

Pretty sure Todd mentioned he was testing with the LRB piston kit in it. Read back some.

Chris was saying the pin bearings might be included in his kits. Still not sure.

But he does sell them right now on his website for 15 a set.  https://www.sawsalvage.co/products/new-pair-oem-style-poulan-3400-3700-3800-4000-piston-pin-bearings?_pos=1&_sid=3ddbaf3e9&_ss=r
