one of the things I don't understand is the feeling that the fuel/oil lines are a difficult thing to do on the titan 50/57 model. there's more than enough room for the lines and your hands to fit. they come apart easily and it's pretty self explanatory where they go. quite honestly, I can have a titan 57 done way faster than most can have the lines done on any of the 'homeowner' models either stihl or Husqvarna are putting out. they're not even close to being bad to do.
mind you. I've been doing then since the release of them ;) ;D
the carb off the titan is a walbro hda, just larger breathing space.
you need to drill the small pulse passage and change some small bits over. but it's pretty straight forward.
i'll be doing a small how to on it when I get around to pulling the 400 down. :)
never have done this on a 4000, but on the 3400 and 3700 with the intake block smoothed and matched, it does wake them up nicely.

I may swap a Walbro SDC or Tillotson HS onto my PP375 sometime soon.  Got a bunch of different variants of both to pick from.   I'm not a fan of HDB (or HDA) carbs, although they do work well..................when they work well.
