I am unable to find a new rim for the 3450 anywhere.  The only place that shows that it is instock is searspartsdirect, but my order was just cancelled due to part availability.

I put in a new seal, used pump, new rim and all of the other old parts and it runs and oils. Thanks for all of the help and links.
