Chainsaw Repair

The Beaird-Poulan 5200 was way ahead of its time when introduced in 1975. Then to a 5400 in 1981.
Finally becoming  the Poulan-Weedeater 8500 in 1984 with very few upgrades.
Not much happened in the 5 years as Electrolux Poulan Pro starting in 1988 with the 655 as their top pro model .

My 71 year old brother Dennis still has his 8500 with pipe and WB carb. He doesn't post on the internet but I might get some pics from him.
