Long as they are taken care of is all I ask. This guy did us all a favor.  Roger or Mike get them after all is said and done then on what is left.
If something happens, I'll be the last resort.

Do they have other Poulan air filters at that hardware store?  I could use a spare 530023046 or two for my 306/245 saws...............and a couple spare 530010247 filters for the big countervibes.

Heck while I'm throwing out Poulan numbers to look for.........................there's 530024224 and 530024225 for the big countervibe saw AV isolators.  Would like to grab a bunch of those at a realistic price.  They're listed for stupid money on feebay now.  There's other numbers too...

That thought had crossed my mind too. Wondering what new old stock that place had on hand.

Yep.  Crosses my mind every time somebody mentions scoring an old part at some out of the way place.  I could bury the poor fellow in NLA Poulan #'s.  Done it before with other guys that've asked me "anything you want me to look for while I'm there?"..............8)

That's basically all they had. There was another local place that had a lot but sold everything not to long ago.

While working on dads 3300 I noticed it had some flocking missing on the air filter. Which I will try BB redneck fix later on.
Anyhow I ask dad where is the new filter I bought him years ago. He stated hanging up. So I told him to bring it up with him last weekend. Turns out I had bought him a NOS mesh one.

Now my question being that I have a NOS 530010855   mesh air filter and NOS 530010892  flocked air filter. Which would be better for him? Which one would you think would be better trapping fines?

I never paid any attention to them or any filtering difference etc in the past.  I am leaning toward putting flocked back on his saw.
