Mtd push mowers and the self propelled push mowers are made on the South side of Tupelo Ms in the former Aircap lawn mower factory in Verona, MS. They more recently bought the huge Eljer plumbing warehouse next door and across the highway for a regional warehouse.

I don't know just where the roto tillers and snow blowers are made but likely in Shelby or Tupelo?

The riding mowers are made at a new factory on the South edge of Shelby, OH at the old airport location but they have a big warehouse on the north side of town in a WW II era government warehouse area where their rider assembly factory was for close to 40 years.

There is a parts plant that was originally called Midwest Industries during the 60's in Willard, OH about 15 miles north. I think it is now more like small presses and other small cut-off type parts machines but originally was push mower assembly .

MTD also has a couple good sized plants just North of Leitchfield, KY. I suspect that one makes transmissions and other is plastic molding?

There is a big machining type plant on the West side of Cleveland, OH that was originally called Modern Tool and Die hence the company name MTD. I must add here that MTD has components plants in various areas around Cleveland. One was the former Arnold plastic injection molding plant in Valley Cty, OH on the SW edge of Cleveland.

The log splitter component parts are actually made by a different company (possibly a subsidiary?) on the South side of Cleveland
