That really is a cherry Micro-CVA.  Look at that bar stencil.  Same 2.0ci/33cc engine as what's in a Poulan 2000.

Unless they straight gassed it, that saw's probably mint inside.  Looks like it spent the last 30 + years in its case.  My guess is that fuel lines and a carb kit (and possibly crank seals) will be all it needs.  Maybe a fuel cap if the check valve has melted.  The updated cap is available from Husky for about $5.  They used it on the 23 chainsaw as well as some trimmers and blowers (all made by Poulan). 

Crank seals take 30 minutes or less to change both sides.  Really easy.  530019059 is the crank seal #.  Also available cheap from Poulan/Husky parts outlets.  Takes about 27 feet (or so it seems) of 3/22" ID fuel line.  Hopefully the oiler check valve will be pristine.  That's just about the only part on a Micro thats NLA...
