Cory (hogwood) found that supply. Much more reasonable minimum ordre that the one I used whicj was Allstate which has recently increased their prices by 25 - 30%.

I know the material that Tim found worked great.   If this is the same it should be a winner.

A little late on this one fellows.  I should have shared the contact information earlier.  FWIW the material is excellent.

Here is the contact information.

Company and Sales Manager in Burnaby, BC: http://www.neseal.com/index.php?option=com_contact&task=view&contact_id=4&Itemid=224

Product: http://www.robco.com/content/view/339/87/

I was given the go ahead to post by the company. I was able to purchase a smaller amount and have it shipped. Thao said she can accomodate others when necessary. Give her a call.

I have been experimenting with making the diaphragms and find punching out the impulse and screw holes on either a cutting board/high density fibreboard work well.  I looked closely at those OEM diaphragms and it appears as though the holes have been fused around the cut edges after cutting.  I was struggling getting the small holes for the pegs punched adjacent to the button/pintle pump area, as the material is very tough.  I heated up a small nail in a torch until it were glowing.  Melted perfect holes.  I imagine a soldering pencil would work as well.

When I was making a few of those diaphragms I used a leather punch.   That seemed to work great for me.

Was helping a guy in CRP yesterday. Saving

Some info from Todd saved. He uses this for poulan oil pump material diaphragm.

Todd said  8x11x.018  / convert that  to 0.4572mm

Todd said he used .5mm.  Comes from UK in sheets  https://www.ebay.com/itm/Nitrile-Nylon-Diaphragm-Material-0-3mm-0-4mm-and-0-5mmthk-Various-Sheet-sizes-/331812225879?fbclid=IwAR3eJLAkkxIbH1cG1gWWdguCXkXN4Su3XY7TYdVlXzTvFRsAIunJ51_GM08
