Found 4 new 530019146 seals. Paid through the nose for them though  :o.  $32 to my door shipping and tax.  But at least I got some now.

Good for you.  It is just a matter of time those seals will get used.   They were used on a lot of different models.
I would say Poulan understood the meaning of standardization.

Thats why I had to have them. Have 2900 3.0 3500 365 3450 on hand of the top of my head  and some  project stage ones.  Plus dads 3300 he bought new and friends own my old 3750 335 etc. So having parts on hand is nice if they are going to go NLA on us.  :'(

I tried to order 10 and said no go, then 9 8 7 6 5 all with no go  :-X.  Put in 4 and bingo order took. Felt like a kid in a candy store.

Was it ordertree?  Last week when I tried they didn't have any available.  Entered 10 and it showed that 10 would be backordered.  Don't need 10....................but that's what I do to see how many they actually have in stock.  MANY Poulan and Husky parts come up in a search....................but show zero being available when I try adding them to my cart......

PLEASE measure those seals when ya get 'em.  If anybody has some cases and cranks to measure we'd appreciate those measurements too.

No. Here in Ohio as to why I had to pay tax too.

Aaron I have a brand new set of seals for that series of saws.   They are in town and if you can wait I will pick them up and research out a generic replacement for them.   I am going into town on Saturday and will get them then.  I also have about 10 saws that use those seals and can measure one of them also.

Have you had a chance to measure?  See how close I come to yours in my measuring with my cheap calibers.

Does anyone know of a available piston for the 5200?
Or is there anything that is close that can be used with some machine work?

They are not available, except for the odd leftover NOS piston that shows up every now and then.  AFAIK, there's nothing that's a ready substitute.  If you find a substitute, PLEASE let me know.....

Ok I got my seals for the 3750 and my dial calipers.  The seal it self only had the part number on it and no other reference.

I measured the outside diameter of the seal it self.   It is 35mm
I then measured the crankshaft for Inside diameter.  It is 14.25mm
I then measured the thickness of the seal which is important because the oil pump has to sit
over it.   It is 4.8mm

I then  made the same measurements with my other calipers that give thousanths.
    OD.   1.380"
    ID.    .562"
wide.     .190"

So let the games begin the first to find a replacement wins everyones appreciation.   Thanks guys I do not have time right now to research it but will start tonight when I get home.

I forgot to add that they are a single lip seal with a spring tension.

Did some searching.  May have found a match in the Timken catalog.  471551.   Construction and measurements appear to be compatible...........except it is a bit wider than the OEM seal (.252" vs .190").  Don't know if that's a deal breaker or not.  Did not find a Metric match.  From the Timken catalog:

Timken 471551

Style:       470 (double lip w spring)

Material:   S (Nitrile rubber)

Shaft dia:  0.563"

Bore dia:   1.378"

Seal OD:    1.384"

Seal width:0.252"

Put that Timken # into the handy-dandy CR/SKF seal interchange thingee...............and found an SKF match.  SKF 5756.

http://www.skfextranet.com/Catalogs/457010/sealdetail.asp?s=5756

Looks to be a Nitrile rubber, single lip (with spring) seal with roughly the same measurements as the Timken seal.

SKF 5756

Shaft- 0.563"

Bore-  1.375"

OD-    1.379"

Width- 0.25"
