Ok here we go.   
The first picture is of the all rubber metric seal.   I think it is a winner and I was going to air leak check the crank case but do not have my block off plates here.

Second picture is the all rubber metric seal installed.   I lubed it up real good with some 2 cycle oil and it went in easy peasy.

The third picture is the SKF 5966 seal.   You can see how much wider it is.

The fourth picture is the SKF 5966 after I cut it down to fit.    I could have taken off a little less in the width and I think it still would have worked, but still plan on installing this on the flywheel side.
