I used alittle epoxy around the very edge when putting the brass part back in.

Did you do this when you put the brass vent back in?  Mine never fell out after doing this.

On the muffler burning the top cover. Seen many like this. Folks just have to make sure to have the 2 halves together right and then tighten the bolts and make sure kept tight. .

When the two muffler halves aren't seated right, she'll leak and melt the top cover.  Seen that several times with this series.  Good news is that a cover from Poulan is still available for around $7.

That vent setup is a step backwards from the older style.  Best way to go is to block off the vent hole in the tank and install an older style vent setup in the top.

I wouldn't be surprised if they vibrate loose.  I've seen quite a few of these saws with muffler halves that aren't assembled correctly.  My theory is that the screws loosen up, and the owners don't realize that the the shells need to be carefully seated together when tightening them again.  I didn't own my PP330 for long after I reassembled the muffler and replaced the top cover (so I didn't get to see if the screws loosened again).  Traded it off...

Yes the muffler bolts are known to vibrate loose.

So I finally have had the saw up and running with no incidents. The saw is 100% stock my question is that it doesn't four stoke before or through the cut. If I richen the saw up it seem to lose a ton of chain speed and falls on it face do the newer polulans not get tuned the same way and I don't have a tach.

Sounds like something is wrong with yours still.     Sure you aint on half choke.
13.8K max.   I can set mine to 4 stroke out of cut and they clear right up in the cut.   Perfect set up IMO.
