Guy was looking for a 3450 with 20". He wanted my GB bar I had been running on it. But told him I would sell it with this ole oem bar. Time will tell if it goes.

Dual port muffler with 3 shoe clutch.

I was ask today if I would sell parts for the poulan 380 3750 330 3450 series of saws. Like I say not married to any chainsaws or parts.
Just ask, even been selling off some of my nos and used in the bigger ones I am into, 415 425 445 475 505. Cant keep them all.
NLA pulley and a flywheel to go with it sold. Just pulled for the guy asking.
Some of the other part saws and parts.
Bored rebuilding these anymore. Have like 5 still waiting on me in 60cc to get too.

Project 3450 54cc I just got in. I wonder why it wouldnt start 😮😂. Worst I have ever seen on this style of air filters. The pleats I am guessing half inch deep. Laid a cleaner filter in pic to compare to. Also mix in tank smelled like turpentine.
Least the piston and cylinder look good. I would have figured scored.

This 54cc poulan 3450 is sold PHO. Just showing new owner pics. 3 shoe clutch, known good carb put on it, new fuel and impulse lines with oem echo, dual port muffler with baffle opened on both sides.

I grabbed one of the projects I bought over the last few years. Since it seems everyone wants a runner not a project to do themselves.

I was told this one was a runner when I bought it PHO. Dang it was, after a quick check over 😲. Took alot of air and brushing to get some of the jammed packed chips everywhere. One of those saws that must have never been cleaned. I even left the old fuel line and impulse line as they looked ok to test with. 1999 Poulan 3450 54cc

I even dug through my parts and found 1 3750 380 60cc OEM used piston and cylinder kit.

IMO I wouldnt change it from the 54cc being it cut so dang good just now in some dry ash with 16" 3/8 buried. With that big dawg maybe 14" cutting.

Pulled them dang epa stops too while tuning. Piston looked like they had been running old mix over the years. Think the batch I am running now is VP racing 40:1 e-free 90. Wondering how long to see if it is cleaning it up.

Some wrong fasteners but I dont give a rip about such things myself.

Tried to see what 330 380 3450 3750 crankcases I have left. Checking I think I got enough parts left to build 2 more 100% complete saws.
Just getting out of this series and selling off parts etc.

Helping others out to keep theirs going since alot of parts going NLA last couple years.

Seen a poulan 330 54cc with the 22" 3/8 for sale.  Sticker shows 2007. While I was out I found a JD bar cover to put on the shop wall too.
I was told poulan ran. It did. But needed a air filter cover, air filter base being the stud was broke off in base and drywall screw was used to hold cover onto base, both right side lower AV's were ripped apart, fuel line needed replaced. The issue with the recoil was the rusted and broken recoil spring. Thank goodness I still had all those parts still. 

Went ahead and pulled the tube out of muffler and opened up the inside cage too.

Some before and after pics.   I put a 20" to test with.

Those things that make you say fart nuggets to yourself. 😂 Had it all together but not really all. When I was tensioning rope I noticed it wasnt smooth. Then noticed the shield laying on other side of bench. So apart it came in a haste. Wrong move the pulley caught the spring end just enough and boing. Back together after I walked away for a bit. SMH
