530069549 Piston Kit Model 3750 T1 & T2, 3450 T3

530071321 Piston Kit  Poulan 330 54cc

Yep I can only find T1 T2 3750's and both have the 60cc piston.

Thanks guys for lighting the fire today.

So are you saying that my 3450 that I got from you is the type 3 60cc saw you are talking about? It is the saw in your pics.

I dont think the one you got from me was a type 3. The one I had was 54cc, pretty sure.

Did you do the port work to the one I got from you or was it ported whenyou got it?

I never touched the 3300 3450 or 330 you have left. If there was port work in one it was done before I got them. Heck I never had the muffler off the 330 or 3450 and maybe the 3300 (never had a reason to).

They all ran pretty much stock to me. Which one was it?

The 3450 that I got from you was ported. It runs a good bit better than the 330. I had the mufflers off the 330,3450 and 3300 in the first 10 minutes of being home from swapping you.

I took that 3450 in trade on 372 parts from a member here.  I can ask him in PM if OK to contact him if you like.

Been awhile now so he may not even remember it.

Ya go ahead and ask him. I'm pretty sure I know who it is. The 3450 I have is the only one on youtube.

If the one you got is the same one on you tube, I think you got a heck of saw.

I'm about 99.999999% sure it's the one...the bar is even the same.

I can't wait to run this saw beside my buddies MS290. He has bigger saws but is always bragging about how much he likes his 290. A few weeks ago he was telling me how he put a 28'' bar on it and ran it through some 24'' ash and it did'nt even flinch...I just thought to myself what a dumbazz.

John just recently there were a few new 3/8-.050G K041 bars on feebay.  Gotta be careful that you don't buy a 3/8LP bar however.   Many 16-20" K041/A041 bars intended for WildThing type saws are LP.

You can also use a K095 ('small Husky') bar if you modify it a bit.  Just have to oblong the adjuster holes a tad (towards the bar rail) and slot a passage from the groove to the adjuster holes (as K041 saws oil through the adjuster holes).  Did that with a Husqvarna branded .325-.058G Oregon Power Match bar for my PP330.  Used a dremel with a reinforced cutoff wheel to slot down from the groove into the adjuster holes.

Oils fine.  Had to file the stud slot just a hair as well as it was TIGHT on the studs.  Also have to 'aim' the tensioner peg so that it goes into the adjuster hole as the peg 'sags' down a bit when there isn't a bar on the saw.  A little prod with the screwdriver was all it took.
