Pretty dang good day.  Sold a couple bars and file guides.  Turned the $ around into a 1998 poulan 3450 with green tank.

Yes I drove 5mins for this saw.  :D :D :D

Nice looking saw Kevin.   Sounds like you did alright even if you did have to drive 5 minutes for it.

The funny thing I was just showing member squarefile the 60cc 3450 project on the shelf.  Told him it would be cheaper to buy a whole parts saw then the individual parts I was needing ( all covers etc).
Come in the house and start looking on puter and bam a runner FS.  I called, he said starts. All I needed to hear and headed over.  Cool part is seller hits auctions all the time to flip. I made sure he ran certain saws by me before listing.

Pics above as seller listed pics.

Did I say I liked the green tank and main reason I wanted it.  ;) :D ;D

Wow very nice under the grime. Just a 5min wipe down and a 30min check over. Only thing I might replace is the rim. Just because it shows a little wear but not wore out.

Pics loading.  From open as is to putting back together to test run.   I dont know what gas the guy put in it but boy she smoked. I pour it out for a look see in pic. Put mine in and ran it till the smoking died off.   :D

Poulan Timbermaster 3450  I had a 3750 long ago that had Timbermaster on it too.

This came out of it. Boy did it smoke. Dumped and put mine in.

Isn't the type identifiable by the shape of the cooling fins on the cylinder besides looking at the identifier tag in the rear handle pocket?

Yep it is Jim 54cc.  No type listed I could find on the sticker but it is only a 54cc and not Type 3 60cc. But it will be in time.

Correct on fins.
