Looks good.  How do you think it runs for a 60cc open port saw?   I have always been impressed with them myself.

I  was going to try and put the 3500 365 air filter set up, air filter cover and cylinder cover on this 60cc 3450.  I like the looks of lower set up. Yeah I know stupid.  ;) :D
But after seeing I would have to grind the heck out of the 3500 365 air filter air inlet to carb I decided not too.    The hole is for 49 carb and the 164 137 is way bigger.   Just didnt want to impede the air flow getting into the bigger carb.

Roger, always thought the open port 60cc saws run and HANDLE real good.

Remember I owned a like new 3750 BB and and a like new 262xp together and would use in the woods at same time with friends. We both liked the 3750 better then the 262.

The HDA-48 is readily available for Zenoah G-62's and is 15.8mm

The bigger consideration is the arms. I have one if you want to look at it.

Someday when I get caught up with spring crap. Fishing vacations are starting too. Finally  ;D

Might be a good replacement for a bolt on for the smaller 49.  If it can clear smaller intake.
Also maybe a replacement for guys with bad bigger164 instead of using the smaller 49.

Nice 54cc saws and can go 60cc with top swap.

So ya going to work it over?

Good saw.   I believe you will be happy with the performance of that saw.   Congrats on finding that.

Not sure.. What do you think?
It's a solid runner right now, but I haven't got any timing #'s from it yet. Or really looked it over much. Just fired it and tuned it, then made a few cuts.
Is it an open port saw?
I do know it currently piddles oil all over the stool.
lol.
