Re: Poulan Pro 8500 Spark plug

I have the Poulan Pro 8500 and it has a RCJ6Y plug in it now but seems to foul and carbon everything up. Anyone now the correct plug?

The IPL calls for a CJ6

The "Y" indicates a projected tip where the CJ6 does not have one. Not sure if that would cause fouling or not.
IF the CJ6 doesn't cure it, go up a heat range to a CJ7 or CJ8.

Not sure why they went so cold. The 5200 / 5400 call for a CJ8
